Exchanges & Returns

At MAYNE STUDIOS, each piece is made with care in small batches. We want you to be fully happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t work out.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Timeframe

Exchange or return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your request and provide instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on product and size availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Returns

We currently offer store credit only for returns — no cash refunds.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase online or in-store.

Process

  1. Email us at contact@mayne-studios.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

  3. After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or provide credit.
